Fireseed, Journey Into The Flame: September 2006

For about two years now I've been contemplating making flamework beads. I first saw them online and was amazed at the colours and shapes. I've just joined two forums to learn more and I'm hoping to get started soon, as soon as finances allow!

19 Annual Women's Fair

The Fair is held in the upper hall of the Carleton Place Arena. There's lots of free parking right outside the door!

It's a great place to start your Christmas
shopping if you haven't already,
I will have single beads on hand as well as
finished necklaces and earrings. Jane Irwin and I are
sharing a table, Jane will have her wonderful pottery birdfeeder heads, as well as many smaller
items perfect for stocking stuffers!

At the other tables you can expect to find handmade soaps, preserves, natural dog biscuits, books nick nacks and much more. The canteen will be open and there's usually a wonderful selection of goodies for snacks or lunch.
